From North: Route 495 South to Exit 38. Turn right onto Rt.38, Main Street. Take first right at set of lights (Clark Road). 500 Clark Road is 2 blocks down on your right and there is free parking at the back of the building. There is no clinic access from the front.

From South: Take Route 495 North. Take Exit 38 and bear right onto Rt.38 under freeway to Clark Road (Second set of lights). Turn right, then same directions as North.
