The Convenience of Mobile Check-In

Introducing a new check-in process to reduce the amount of time you spend in the waiting room.  When you provide us with your email address and a phone number that can receive a text message, you can use our new mobile pre-check process to confirm your appointment and demographic information from the convenience of your home or office.  

When you arrive for your appointment, scan the QR code at the entrance to the office to check-in from the waiting room or your car.  

Ensuring that we have your current email address has the added advantage of providing you with access to your health information related to your examination and it provides an efficient means for the practice to contact you should there be any change in schedule. 

Over the past two years, as we have navigated schedule changes caused by the pandemic, we have learned that having your email address and a cell phone number ensures that changes are communicated on a timely basis.  

When you arrive for your appointment, please take the opportunity to confirm your email address and mobile phone number and any preference you have regarding how you would like to be contacted.  Your email address and cell phone number will only be used for your care.
